All day at work I struggled with my nose pads irritating my skin. I had the nose pads changed from the original ones to silicone earlier in the week because they were slipping with the warmer temperatures outside. I thought this would help but irritated my skin even more. So, after work today, I went back to the optical shop thinking I needed a new frame. Arsenio was working and he helped me so much. He looked up the kind of nose pads he thought would help and even found some nose pads in the store to let me try first. I was able to go online and make my own appointment which was great! I went to my first appointment at the Providence location and was warmly greeted. I was taken back and my eye exam began almost immediately. I was very satisfied with my visit. It wasn't until the next day that I realized I had received a message from them telling me that they would need to reschedule the appointment. Even though I had not known I was needing to reschedule, not one person in the office mentioned it to me or made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by being there. Dr Clark is very professional and took time with me. Receptionist also helpful and knowledgeable. I was looking for a good optometry practice since I moved here. I hope I’ve found it.
