What's a plumber's favorite vegetable? A leek of course! Jokes aside, this an excellent local business. They did a great job installing a garbage disposal at a very reasonable price relative to competition. Very professional and nice folks to work with, most importantly transparent about pricing. Called them on a second occasion as well. Michael is amazing, so would highly recommend him. Great experience on the scheduling side as well and aligning windows of availability, which they stuck to. While that may seem basic, not many home improvement and maintenance businesses commit to timeframes, somehow too many expect the customer to work on their schedule. Hoover Plumbing was a pleasant and sharp contrast to that, so would easily recommend them.

I always like to give a shout out to a great customer experience. We had an issue with an outdoor faucet and Garrett with Hoover Plumbing fixed it. I had to leave a message with my first call, and he called back within a few minutes and apologized for the delay. He set an appointment time and texted when he had to delay the repair due to pouring rain. He let me know he could come when the rain let up and finished the repair quickly. We had a pipe burst on Christmas Eve that left us without water to our house. A plumber from Hoover Plumbing was able to come out that day after just a few hours and fixed our issue in barely 15 minutes upon arrival. The plumber was very personable, and we were charged an extremely reasonable price, especially given that it was a holiday. I will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing issues.Service: Plumbing pipe repair
