I have to add to my review: I can not remember when I have been more pleased with a hair cut! Yesterday Kennedi took me as a walk-in and honestly I didn’t think my hair had much hope of improvement. She listened, was so kind when I asked her to take a little more off after she had finished, and I could tell when I left it was a very good haircut. This morning after fixing it, I am even more pleased! Kennedi is now my very favorite!
I still can’t believe she got the left side of my hair to flip under and not out!!!
As a side note, the chairs and sinks, where they wash your hair, are the most comfortable I have ever had! This is not an exaggeration!

Rarely do I leave a review but I had to leave one for others seeking the greatest hair transformation experience. The morning started with a google search for a hair salon and I selected Serenity. Still hesitant since I had been caring for my hair most of my life. I needed a drastic transformational change. I called and was told to come in the same day at 9am. Same day! Then, I met Nichol and Aleah(sp) who greeted me with smiles and kindness. All I can tell you is that they made me feel relaxed and special. They were so kind refreshing and energetic. Today I decided to try here because it’s close to my house, and they literally blew me away!!!!! It was also significantly cheaper than other places around Birmingham. I’ve been to.

Can we just talk about how amazing this place is?! Started with Tim doing my toes and Kim usually does my nails but she was backed up today and that’s ok. Sarah ended up filling in and oh my word. I went out on a limb and asked for a design and Sarah delivered with no hiccups! Very professional and clean facility and they accommodate your requests to the best of their ability. This is my 3rd time coming. It’s definitely worth the 3.5 hr drive

Im very picky about my brows and have had very negative experiences with threading in the past. But I decided to try one more time and perfect brows did not disappoint! From the minute I walked in, the beauticians were friendly and welcoming. Ms Nisha was very patient and she listened to all my concerns about my brows. She took her time and gave me a mirror to check my brows every few minutes, and the finished product was exactly what I wanted. They did a great job installing a garbage disposal at a very reasonable price relative to competition. Very professional and nice folks to work with, most importantly transparent about pricing. Called them on a second occasion as well. Michael is amazing, so would highly recommend him. Great experience on the scheduling side as well and aligning windows of availability, which they stuck to. While that may seem basic, not many home improvement and maintenance businesses commit to timeframes, somehow too many expect the customer to work on their schedule. Hoover Plumbing was a pleasant and sharp contrast to that, so would easily recommend them.

This was my third visit. Second for a cleaning where Dr. Sampson found a small filling missing and this was to repair that filling. I was able to go right in at my appointment time and the procedure went efficiently. I would recommend Dr. Sampson to anyone looking for a great dentist.

Went to Dr Sampson’s office for a cleaning today. Visit was scheduled for 8:15 AM and I was brought in right on time. Laurie has been doing my cleanings since I began going to Dr. Sampson and she is great. The whole staff is very good as is Dr. Sampson. Very efficient office!

Had a cavity under the corner of a capped tooth. Dr. Sampson and his Dental assistant removed old cap removed cavity and placed a new cap over tooth. My appointment at 9 AM was on time and by 9:55 AM I was done. Very efficient and friendly office. Give them a try if you are looking for a good Dental Office!
I needed to find a new dentist after moving to the Hoover area and decided to give the Crossings Dental Center a try. This ended up being the best decision EVER! I have pretty extreme dental anxiety, but no longer dread going for cleanings thanks to Dr. Ngo and his team. They truly care about their patients and do everything to make you feel as comfortable as possible. I could not recommend them enough!
The staff and cleaning was great!!! She engaged with me and explained what was happening and I really liked that. Also, everyone was very helpful and polite. I am satisfied with my experience and will continue to go back. I love their environment and energy, and how they handle everything. Definitely recommend!
Dr. Dichiara is truly a blessing. There needs to be more dentists like her. She is thorough, non judgmental and knows exactly what she is doing. She will explain to you a treatment plan if needed and she is very devoted to her patients. Also, Abby, the dental hygienist is the sweetest, non judgemental and over all just a genuinely kind person. They both made me feel very comfortable and I left the office finally feeling as if someone cares about fixing all my dental issues. Thank you so much to the both of you!!!!
Great experience on our first visit! Super easy to get an appointment, or seen right away, and the doctor and staff had fantastic bedside manner keeping my very nervous child as calm as possible. Definitely recommend this as one of the best pediatric dentist we experienced yet.
?????Dr. Richard Real has been my family dentist as long as I can remember. My former husband (deceased) was a dental technician and thought so highly of his expertise in the field of dentistry that my daughters and I became his patients. We are still to this day his patients and dread the day he might retire. We have all received the most excellent care! His office staff and hygienists are wonderful and do an excellent job cleaning our teeth and giving advice for personal care. The office is so friendly and inviting and have always accommodated us. (Dr. Real was also great with my elderly father, who started receiving care from him at our recommendations.) I encourage anyone looking for an exceptional dentist to make an appointment, you won't be disappointed!

(Grey building behind Wells Fargo, 2nd floor)
Checking in was fickle, but when we called again, the lady was still pleasant — and explained the system they’re currently using is hit or miss but explained they were switching to a different one and we were met by our LMT’s immediately, Kinley & Naudia.
It being our first times, we didn’t know what to expect but they were very personable & listened to our individual needs & it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. We walked out of there just floating due to being so relaxed & our tensions eased. We absolutely will be back. If I could give 10 stars; I would.

My experience with Results Physiotherapy definitely deserves a 5 star. I have arthritis in my left knee and prior to my therapy, I was in pain most of the time. I worked with Thomas Wheatley for approximately 4 weeks and the pain is practically gone. Thomas is very knowledgeable and a excellent therapist. Everyone employed there is courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to return if needed.

I recently had a total knee replacement and the physical therapists at Therapy South-Hoover, specifically Lisen and Ryan, have been there for me in my rehab by giving me professional instruction, therapy, and care resulting in quicker healing, strength and confidence. My procedure was relatively new and they were up on the latest needs and practices to rehab my knee. I’m very satisfied and recommend these guys and gals. They are extremely competent, and extend their therapy in an atmosphere of care, joy and personal touch. But, if Lisen starts humming, brace yourself! Ha! She’s awesome! They’re all very good!!
