Today was my first visit to T. Fox Salon after meeting the owner several times at community events. I’ve lived all over the country, and this was the single best experience I’ve ever had. When I first checked in, I was given a short questionnaire to fill out. The last question is something like “How much do you feel like chatting with your stylist today” or followed by bar from not at all to I love socializing! I was very reluctant to try a new salon given the history I've had at others. From the minute of scheduling an appointment with ease to arriving and being greeted like I mattered was so nice. I had read all the reviews and had my expectations and at first was thinking they may not live up to the hype but then stepped in Emily and she WOWedme. Customer service on point from making me feel heard, accepted and the follow through. Very professional and knowledgable in every way. I got exactly what I wanted. I saw Emily for a cut and full balayage and she was amazing! She sat me down at the beginning of the appointment to really go over what I wanted and took the time to look at all my reference photos. She was so kind and my hair has never looked as accurate to the photo I brought in as when she did it! Everyone at the salon was so nice and I had a wonderful experience.
