There was not a slacker in the bunch. Jamie, Alex and Austin worked all day and into the night to make sure that we had air conditioning before the holidays. While that may seem basic, not many home improvement and maintenance businesses commit to timeframes, somehow too many expect the customer to work on their schedule. Hoover Plumbing was a pleasant and sharp contrast to that, so would easily recommend them.“

A broken copper line later we called another company and waited 8 hours before giving up and calling The Neighborhood Plumber. “In my opinion, Hank Wegener is the best plumber in the area. He arrives when he says he will arrive, fixes problems, and charges reasonable rates. While he will advise on other things that may need to be addressed, he doesn't try to turn a $150 leak into a $2000 water heater replacement. Not only did Hank promptly fix the problems we had, he also took the time to clean up the area (even though he did not make the mess) and allow me to run a cycle of clothes in the washing machine to verify the problem was fixed. I highly recommend using his service.“

They replaced it and saved us from future damage of the new water heater and other plumbing components. So thankful they thought through the whole process, not just the item they replaced.
