“Sam & David did an excellent job and he had to come back because of a leak. He stayed and tested the line numerous times. Even though we had a appointment for arrival between 8 to 10 am on Christmas Eve, someone sent him on an emergency job first without notifying us. I had to continue to call. We were upset about it because we felt that they should of sent someone else on the emergency call. We had plans and had to cancel them due to the arrival time. They didn't arrive until 1 pm. He and David stayed until after 5 to make sure the job was completed. Job well done even though Sam had to come back around 7 pm to fix the leak.“

“Stephens Plumbing was a God send this week when we had a sewage backup in our basement. I called them and they were at my house in about an hour. This was after-hours in the evening at 7pm. They immediately diagnosed the issue and stabilized the problem until they could come back the next day. They arrived at my home first thing the next morning and repaired the pump and made sure everything was working properly before they left.
