“My puppy had ingested a pill that had been dropped on the floor. My (used to be) regular veterinary hospital was too busy to try to save my puppy. THEY sent me to another vet that was also too busy to try to save my puppy. Now, keep in mind that the entire time, the clock is ticking down on my puppy. They MUST be treated within an hour. The second place sent me to Alpine. I walked in, and they scooped her up and treated her, no delay. I have since had my records transferred to Alpine and have already used them for one of our other dogs. I am sad to leave my other veterinary, but most of the vets are in the process of retiring, and I'm not very impressed with the one left. But I'm pretty sure I'm going to be very happy with my new doggie doctors!“

“A little backstory: I’ve been to two or three different groomers and my pup (Appa) never came back happy or excited. He either came back scared or just acted weird. He also came back and didn’t want anyone to touch his front paw. As a dog owner I’d love for my dog to go to the groomers and feel safe. I understand every dog is different as well.We came to Lauren back during the summer, so we’ve almost been coming to her for a year and let me tell you Appa LOVES coming here and has no hesitation running to Lauren. She also has helped Appa with the anxiety that he has with anyone touching his front paw. I will forever be grateful that she has the patience, understanding and care for the dogs she grooms!She does such an amazing job with trimming his nails, because that was also another area he did not like anyone to do. I’ve attempted myself and could never do them. The other groomers could never do his nails as well.I attached two pictures of Appa’s grooming. The first one was from today after his grooming and the second is from about 8-9 weeks from his previous groom.I can’t thank Lauren enough for grooming Appa! Highly recommend and will be coming back again and again :)“

“A great groom done on my cat! Making an appointment was easy. Left a voicemail and heard back from them promptly. He went in for dematting and they did a great job. No scrapes, smooth cut, and listened to the specifics I wanted done for him. I was nervous taking my cat to a new spot and they're a little more expensive than other places but I was very happy with the groomer and end result. He is also much happier now too! I just wish they had a legit website“
