My 12-year-old cat just received extensive dental surgery (19 extractions!) here. It was quite pricey (just over $2300 in total), but I was incredibly pleased by my overall experience, as well as hers. I dropped her off for surgery a little after 8am, and received a call from the vet at noon to let me know how well she did during the surgery, the anesthesia, etc. The vet spent almost 10 minutes on the phone with me, discussing the surgery, anesthesia, what to be on the lookout for as she heals, amongst other things. I really wanted to speak to a person so it took multiple attempts but it was worth every one of them. I thought man they are slammed and thought I'd feel like just a number but that was not the case. Erin made me feel like my call was the only thing that mattered in that moment. I was calling to help out my son find the right Vet for his cat. He was able to go and get what his cat needed. He also said he was treated with friendliness. Good customer service goes a long way and they nailed it. Thank you for making a stressful situation for our son, manageable. Hats off! ?

That's the spot we take the fur babies. I've been to other places but they have been the best. Super friendly. Sends email reminders when fur babies are due for visits. I can always call and ask questions if needed.
