Autumn was very quick and got us in and catered to Murphys needs! He seemed to like her alot, not to mention he was sooo soft and looked very good after! We will continue to use her for our monthly grooms!

Autumn and her helpers are kind and flexable! Our dog is a labradoodle and needs grooming once a month and she comes home looking and feeling great! I am much happier leaving our girl for 3-5 hours at Autumn's than any other of the grooming businesses I've used before in Anchorage. Consistency in my opinion is key! The same 1 or 2 people aways work on our dog and they know her and visa versa! This gives me peace of mind!Combine this and a reasonable price and an offer to bring her back for no charge if something isn't quite right or was missed, is to me just right!

My rescue dog can be very unsure of people when it comes to nail trims, but has never had an issue with Autumn! She entertains my dog's rambunctious behavior and gives plenty of love once she makes it through her nail trim.
