Went in to get my hair my hair back to my original lighter brown after using black box dye, Nicole was completely transparent about how light we could go without damaging my hair! She also advised me about price before we started, which was greatly appreciated! Will be going back, the end results was more than I hoped and price was very reasonable!

I got a mystery tattoo from their booth at the tattoo convention. The woman who did my tattoo was so kind and went above and beyond for me! I was using a wheelchair today and my phone was super low on battery, so she was kind enough to wheel me to the place to fill out the waivers and let me use her phone to fill it out! She was super fast and precise with the tattoo and now I have an amazing tattoo with an amazing memory attached to it. I would drive from Edmonton just to go to their shop!

Well organized, easy parking and friendly staff. For 5 gallon drinking water refills the cost is $3.75 per bottle including removing the old cap, rinsing out the bottle in their washing station and putting a new cap on. They happily offer to load the water into your vehicle for you. They have a 24 hour fill station, but if you think you may need to use that, they will provide you with a couple of spare caps to use.
Friendly, clean and welcoming the minute you walk in. Message had me feeling a lot better as I do labour intensive work, they listened to where I needed focus and BOOM! felt relief after my first visit.
Only problem I had is this wasn't my first stop looking for a good message. Don't waste any time, try this place first!

Had my truck in a bit ago about a shake I have been chasing and went to 2 other shops that never could find the issue. We'll there shop did it's 80% gone now the last 20 should be gone once I put new rubbers on it. Buyer beware duratrac tires are junk.
Finally a shop that tested the front end properly as well noticed my rims were shot on the flange. Something another well like tire shop must have missed a few times when I complained about balance issues.

Recently, I had a problem with a tire that I took to Fountain Tire Sylvan lake for repair. I didn’t think the tire was properly repaired and rather than make a scene, I wrote a review indicating my disappointment in the shop. The owner contacted me and owned the error, which was properly repaired in a quick and efficient manner. The owner didn’t look to blame his staff while arranging to fix the tire. It is obvious that fountain tire in Sylvan lake does put customer service in a high priority. I will continue to buy all my tires and have my brakes serviced at fountain tire, cause customer service goes a long long way.
Amazing experience!!! I am super super impressed with the skill and knowledge of my nail technician, it was my first time and she talked me through it all amazingly. I am so happy with how my nails turned out, they look exactly like the picture I showed her!! She was super friendly and amazing to be with. I will definitely be coming back!!

I had my car fixed here a few times over the years and it’s always been great.
Recently I had a part break that was replaced by Tim a couple years ago now. I however was not in town to take the car to him, so Tim then called the supplier and they managed to get me a new part shipped out to my location the next day with no cost besides shipping!
This saved my but big time. Huge thank you to the amazing people who run this place and the great people over at their supply warehouse. Will forever recommend this place to friends and family.

Contacted them today and spoke with Dan that works there great guy and he went above and beyond and gave us full refund without any issues. The level of customer service at this place for being a smaller business was great. Way better the BMW Dealership in Calgary. Keep up the good work look forward to doing business in the future.
