I highly recommend Lyndsay Hotts-Zsideg she is the best! I have thick short hair and she knows exactly how to thin it and how to properly cut it around my ears without it looking like a butch hair cut. She knows how to make a short haircut, cute and stylish. She knows exactly and precisely what she is doing. She is friendly, genuine, and very efficient.

I was traveling on the highway when one of my wiper blades stopped working, and I called to see if they could fit me in at the last minute. The gentleman I talked to told me to stop in, and they would take a look at the issue. It was a minor issue, and they fixed it in under 5 minutes and got me back on the road. Really appreciate the 2 gentlemen I dealt with!

Toyo tires I traditionally purchased elsewhere were back ordered with no known delivery date in sight. I spoke with the folks at Innisfail Tire and Lube and they assured me many of their construction / oil industry clients were very happy with the "Sailun" Line of tires. I liked the tread design and decided to try them in early fall and it is now full on winter roads and I am beyond happy with the performance in all types of weather conditions. The Sailun tires were considerably less $ than Toyo, but they are certainly of the same quality, based on the incredible handling characteristics on our winter Alberta roads. Would I do business with Innisfail Tire and Lube in the future? Absolutely, in a heartbeat.

Our daughter was driving from Calgary to pick up her winter tires and it started to snow. I called around 10:30 Saturday morning to see if they could put her winter tires on. Sharon was extremely helpful and said they would make sure they were on before they closed. The fit her in right before closing (took longer to get her since hiway was getting bad). WOW! Truly unbelievable service! I'm sure they can't do this every time but I called around 8:00 am, a tech was here by 9:00, and it was fixed by 10. This was to fix a broken spring. We thought the opener might also need to be replaced but the tech got everything working so it's great they only do what's necessary. Truly a great company to do business with.
