I bought my fifth wheel from Sylvan RV. I had the best service. From Chad in sales to Nick in service, it was a great experience. I fully recommend this company if interested in buying an rv.

I was referred to Sylvan Lake RV by the RV dealership from which the unit I own was purchased as they indicated that Sylvan Lake RV had the expertise to deal with my generator problem. I am really REALLY glad I was referred here. They not only had exceptional knowledge and skill in doing the necessary repairs but went above and beyond with customer service. Lee, the service manger, was awesome at communicating what needed to be done and answering all my questions - even though some were related to other issues than about the generator. I will certainly go back (even though it is out of my way) if I need anything else done!!!
