Ryan was polite, very knowledgeable, and professional. He switched out an old, poorly installed bathroom exhaust fan that died with a newer, quieter model. Ryan made sure to explain everything in detail. He also switched out a couple of plugs and switches throughout the house, including one that was a potential fire hazard. I would definitely use Thormack again and highly recommend!
Service technician contacted me to indicate the schedule had changed. I was then given text message when he was on his way. He came in promptly set up so he could assess my air conditioning. Luckily, he had a part in his van so he diagnosed the problem correctly and within two hours, my air conditioning unit was working. He showed me the worn part and took photos of the access and my condenser on the roof. I had excellent service by Daryl Simpson.
I had Dave put a diesel heater in my in my 17 ram super helpful was working 12s met me after hours to get my truck in the shop, ran me through the install and placement of everything. Now that I've had the diesel heater I could never go back to those cold morning drives plus the wear and tear it saves my truck.

This was my first time getting a professional haircut in over a year, so I was very nervous. As a non-binary person, I was especially nervous about coming to a barber shop, but when I saw the "non-binary" haircut options on the website, I was intrigued. It was really easy to book, too!
The barber was very welcoming, and kindly worked with my joint problems when I said that I may not be able to lie back against a sink without pain.
The price was affordable, and the trim took no more than 15 minutes.
Also, the owner's friendly dog greeted me at the door, which was delightful. I recommend!

First time getting a cut from Mike. He is exactly what you want from a barber. His fades are perfect and has the scissor skills to match. All I had to do was show Mike a picture and within 30 minutes he completely arguable the best haircut I’ve had in years! I will absolutely be going to Mike from now on.
Got a hair cut from the barber Nick who did an excellent job taming the mop on my head (and making sure I liked the end result). I have a really simple/generic hair style but would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a solid hair cut, efficiently done, and well priced. Found out there's free parking at the back of the store (which is nice so you don't have to fight for a spot on Whyte). The barber did have a sign accepting e-transfers but would recommend you bring cash (definitely no card unless you want to use the ATM).

The owner Billy is not only an extremely talented barber, but also a very kind and personable individual. It always feels like I'm going to see an old friend when I come in, and the haircuts (which are always consistently perfect) blink by because of that.
After seeing him for a couple of years, I found out that a large number of my friends (and their fathers and brothers) have all gone to Billy for even longer than I have! I wish they'd told me earlier so that I didn't waste so much time bouncing between other barbers.

I just want to give a huge shout out to Riverbend Fabutan! The atmosphere is amazing, the girls Nikita, Delanie whom I deal with on a regular are outstanding and answer all my questions and Amy the owner always assists me to buying the correct lotions!I appreciate this as I have tanned at the parsons Fabutan and the owner is extremely rude and her prices of lotions are way higher then the other Fabutan’s when asked why it was told that’s the price here! I’ve also had friends who have bought minutes and memberships and were told they could only tan there which I later found out they can tan wherever!So Riverbend Fabutan you are the best and I will only tan with you guys

I would wholeheartedly struggle to find a single complaint for this nail salon. Full disclaimer, I was a bit apprehensive due to an experience at a completely unrelated nail salon but from the moment I arrived everyone made me feel so relaxed & welcome. Mimi removed a previous set of acrylics & gave me a new set with gel polish. I was asked at every stage if I was okay, if I was happy with the progress so far, if I needed anything etc. I was offered snacks, water and even my husband waiting on me, was offered. Mimi would also say what stage we were at in terms of my manicure and what was next, which as an autistic person, I found very helpful in knowing what to expect. Mimi is a fantastic multi-tasker & took some phone call appointments when doing my nails BUT at no point did it feel like she wasn’t 100% focused on my nails (I know, it sounds impossible, lol). Mimi was also very apologetic about having to take the calls, but as I’ve said, it didn’t take away from my experience at all so no need for apologies! Mimi paid extremely good attention to detail, and made sure the set was as perfect as they could be. I was also thanked for choosing to go here, more than once which honestly in itself is such a nice touch. I really felt appreciated and as if Mimi & the team care about their clients. The salon itself was extremely clean and smelled very fresh. I’m happy to have found a regular salon again!

Today I accidentally booked at the wrong location and they still accommodated me and got me in as soon as they could. Hien did my nails, let me be as picky as I wanted with the design and colour of my nails with no problem at all! She built up my nails to be so strong and the prep she did was so thorough and precise. These photos speak for the work itself, but the way Hien made me feel today matters most. Absolutely love that there are no harsh chemicals walking into the spa. Nothing worse than smelling toxic detergent all over your face cloth during a facial. The massage on the face was amazing. I came to Morgan last year with a vague idea for a scar cover up tattoo, and she has been brilliant. She developed a design with all of the elements that I wanted, that completely camouflages the scarring. She has also been really caring and professional -- this tattoo is sensitive (both physically and emotionally) for me, and I can't overstate how much I appreciate everything that Morgan (and everyone else in the shop!) did to make me feel comfortable and secure. She was more than helpful and agreed to do consultation over text because I lived out of town. she took my idea and turned it in to a beautiful tattoo. I had a tattoo done by Ian last month, and I am absolutely thrilled with it. The shop was fantastic to deal with, I admittedly had many questions even before booking, and they were always very friendly and patient, and thorough in their answers! Jessie pierced the ears of all three of my girls- a gift when they turned 10. The shop and piercing stations were meticulously cleaned. She explained the procedure, and made sure the girls knew what was going to happen each step of the way. She has an excellent way with kids - reducing anxiety and making the experience positive. Each girl left the shop knowing how to clean and take care of her piercings. Jessie's advice for jewelery selection was perfect. The earrings did not bother the girls at all. I would definately recommend Jessie to anyone who was looking to have their children's ears pierced.

We had a great experience this past weekend, taking our 14 year old for a septum piercing. The booking process over the phone was simple and efficient. The person I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. The shop is really clean and very welcoming. Everyone we encountered seemed to genuinely be happy to be working there. We filled out some paperwork and then waited for our turn! I didn't go into the room with her, but my partner did and he said that Michelle was really great. She took the time to make sure the teen was comfortable and understood what was going to happen - she also went over aftercare thoroughly and made sure we were set up for success. The jewelry was all good quality, and the prices were quite reasonable. The septum piercing, jewelry and aftercare solution came in under $150.00. I will absolutely head to Red Loon for future piercings!

I just had a heat pump installed by Habberjam. Our technician, Erik, was able to answer all of my questions. He went above and beyond expectations to ensure the installation was completed successfully.
I had Hauer Power Electrical change out to electrical panels in my house. Both panels were outdated and prone failure. The quote was reasonable and the install was top notch. I have work in the construction field for twenty years. Having worked around electricians a lot. Goran and Logan were great. Hard workers, very respectable of my family and home and did not leave a mess when finished. One thing I can till you about a upgrade like this is there are always hidden issues. Every job has it's own personality and this one was no exception. I purchased this home four months ago and have found this were built a little different, two layer of sheet rock, so many light switches every were and hidden water valves to name a few. Upgrade to a 200 amp service which had to be moved to the garage per Epcor's new code. I was replacing the sidewalk by the garage so Goran and Logan came by early to get the piping in before the concrete was poured taking the extra step to make thing right with there very busy schedule. Thanks guys for a great job.
Ryan was polite, very knowledgeable, and professional. He switched out an old, poorly installed bathroom exhaust fan that died with a newer, quieter model. Ryan made sure to explain everything in detail. He also switched out a couple of plugs and switches throughout the house, including one that was a potential fire hazard. Contacted MNR Electric to have a number of small electrical jobs around the house completed such as updating lighting, exterior GFI plugs, checking circuits, and adding a couple of new circuits. An estimate was provided next day after a home visit.

Joel has come to help us out with multiple areas on our home. He first came to take care of some electrical work as our room plug-ins were hot to touch. He was quick to diagnose the issue, address it, and took care of everything at a fair price. He was also very patient and friendly as he explained everything for us to understand. We later called him again to replace a few of our bathroom fans - even though our basement one was a bit tricky, he navigated it excellently. My senior neighbour had some issues with her ceiling fan and as we live in an older neighborhood, we didn’t want her to get electrocuted or burn down the building. We took down the ceiling fan & thus a search for an electrician began. John from Warren Electric called back (not texted) and we talked about the install of our own ceiling fan and gave a quote over the phone He advised he was on another project and would call when finished. Well , he called back and we set up a time. John was on time, personable, efficient, and informative. He was patient with two ladies talking that whole time he was working on the install (lol). We will most certainly use Warren Electric again.

Old Hoover vacuum broke at home, so I opened it up and saw I had a broken belt. Handed the broken belt to the ladies at the front and was in and out in under 3 minutes for $5. Will go back again if I need repairs in the future.
Our repair man called one hour before arriving. The repair cost more than I hoped but less then I feared. He even place a couple of screws that were missing. I would use these guys again however I am hoping the next time something breaks down that my hubby will let me get a new unit as my other appliances are old and ugly.

Derrick was able to have his service tech Rooke out in just a few hours of my call. Rooke was very professional ,kind, and understanding when he showed up. Had a key fob I bought on amazon programmed to my Dodge Journey.
Had I realized they could just sell me one I'd have saved 2 days.
I had a deadbolt that suddenly stopped working and I took into Western Lock and Key. They quickly repaired the lock and did not charge a fee!
Later on I had to replace the deadbolt because it was just worn out. Once again the owner helped me reset the new deadbolt to match the other lock sets. (When I say “helped me” I mean he did it and I watched). Again no charge!
MacKenzie was awesome! Rekeyed my locks in around 10 minutes for super cheap. Fast, reliable service at a good price.

One plain key and one with a remote.
Both times Vlad was my technician and the keys work perfectly and at 1/2 the price of Lock Surgeon.

This company was amazing, initially did not think they could clean the chair, loveseat and sofa because the type of material and tag stated Dry clean only. The receptionist called us back to let us know they could do it and Ivan came out a couple hours later, looked at the furniture and we decided to proceed with cleaning, sanitizing and deodorizing. I had Dust Queen come and do a deep clean in our home after our kitchen renovation. The lady who cleaned our home did an exceptional job ?. She was very thorough especially with dusting, floor cleaning, the kitchen and multi bathrooms. The house needed a good cleaning particularly, because we have 3 pets and are on a busy corner lot.
This cleaning was on a 'trial basis', as I wanted to see the level of work before committing to regular, scheduled cleanings. I am definitely going to become a regular customer with Maid in Edmonton. We just wanted to share a little about our fabulous experience we had with World floor coverings. We were originally referred to Don Sitek at Worldfloor coverings through the contractor that was performing all the work on our home after our dishwasher developed a major leak and ruined all the hardwood flooring in our kitchen. As you will see in the pictures attached our home was outfitted with a very dark brown/reddish type of engineered hardwood which was continuous throughout our home. Right from the first time we met with Don we got a good feeling we were in the right hands.
Not only was Don very friendly and approachable his experience and knowledge of the flooring industry made it even easier for us to pick out replacement flooring for our entire home, that would leave our home looking more modern then it was originally built with.
After we found the sample of the new floor we wanted, we shopped around for pricing and without hesitation Don price matched the flooring.
Every step of the process was a breeze , right from the time we picked out the flooring all the way until the installers were finished installing the new floor. I also need to add that Ben and Arthur (installers) are extremely professional and did a fantastic job start to finish.

My family chose them to renovate our basement and they did such a wonderful job that when I was an adult, I specifically looked to see if they were still in business. In finding out that they were, we hired them for our basement development right away. It was interesting to find out that some of their staff was still the same over 20 years later - to me, that demonstrates the reliability of a company. When we recently moved into our new home, we needed a basement development again. We were so happy with them in our former home, that it was an easy choice to hire them again. Once again, the quality of their work, the speed in which they completed the job, their attention to detail, their competitive pricing, and the kindness of their team won us over. We were really happy with the results of previous work done by Artiste Renovations, and contracted them to update our kitchen and bathroom, and replace the flooring on the main level. We were really happy to be kept updated about the progress of the work and the timelines we were looking at, even when things didn't go exactly according to plan. Recently completed a QSR space with Wolfe Construction and very happy with the process and the result. We custom-built our dream home in 2023 and had left the basement walkout unfinished as we were unsure of what we wanted to with the space. I dealt with Nick and Eminence on my siding as it appears it was not clipped right by the builder when the home was built. After getting a quote and setting up a service call, my builder came back with response that this would be looked after by their service department as it is still under warranty. I had a hard to get to wasp nest and couldn't get any externinator to show up or, in most cases, answer my inquiry. I had to leave for two appointments in the morning but Sunny, the technician, was able to see the problem and kill the nest in one application. The office was just as efficient and courteous in taking care of my problem. I will use them again.

A professional team of foresters with many years of experience who are a pleasure to watch as they make tecnically difficult work look so easy. Their attention to detail on all aspects of the work was truly impressive, they could not have done a better job if they were doing it on their own property. They were also willing to take the time to give advice on general care of trees, even though it was not part of the contract. We had 8 very tall spruce trees on our St.Albert property that were wrecking havoc on our house and sidewalks and needed to come down. The crew was efficient kept our property as clean as possible.

The clinic is open on Saturdays (some), which helps managing family check-ups. A big deal for working parents.
The dental hygienist Namreet did an incredible job cleaning my teeth. She was very gentle with my teeth. she took lots of time to clean my teeth very well. She is very knowledgeable and very kind!

I am just updating my review below. I am pleased to report 8 years later that Sana Dental is still the best professional office I have ever dealt with. My dental health remains excellent, the treatment I received has been positively transformative in my life after the work described below was performed. I go for check ups and cleanings now, just getting assistance with maintaining my excellent dental health.
Dr. Pavlenko and his excellent staff worked with me for over four years to transform my health by fixing my teeth properly. It was a huge job, but worth every cent. Throughout I had total confidence that I would get to where I am today, a person with a new lease on life due to my improved health from a properly working mouth, jaw and spine. My headaches are gone, my teeth grinding has stopped and my sleep apnea has been resolved. Dr. Pavlenko recently renovated his offices so that his son could come and work with him. What a great team of people, they are an inspiration for what I try to make our law office like, committed professionals looking to help people with their problems. If you have a serious health issue, it may be caused by dental problems. You owe it to yourself to see Dr. Pavlenko to find out if it is dental related.

I have gone to an amazing chiro for the last 8+ years but I moved to the north side of Edmonton and find it hard to visit my longtime chiropractor. I decided to give Apex a try last week and have been twice this far to see Dr. Fayad. He’s personable, hospitable, gentle, and thorough. While it’s still early on, I think I have found my new, close to home, chiro. I look forward to trying the massage and acupuncture in the next couple of weeks.

My experience with nurse Michelle was amazing. I was super nervous coming into my appointment as this was my first experience getting any Botox or lip filler. My dog has a minor cut on the top of his ear , backside due to cutting out mats. No blood or crying from my dog but I was still worried. No skin to out stitches in as it's so thin. Tracy the tech have me solid advice that saved me $100 or even up to a $1000 which I was quoted earlier by another vet. Superficial wound looked after properly will heal on its own and very hard if impossible to stitch in that area without causing more harm. Thank you Tracy, I will bring my animals here to your location from now on!! Thank you for not ripping me off, taking the time to listen to my situation and coach me through what needs to be done. If anything come up I'm coming to you guys!
The staff here are amazing, patient and understanding. My dogs get anxious at the vet and the vet and techs were so lovely. They clearly love animals. Our appointments always go smoothly, my dogs are always more relaxed when we leave.
Only lost a star because they are a bit expensive for a visit and vaccines. With that said, I will always go here if I have a concern because they care for my animals as much as I do.

We love Ruffingtons Palace. We take our husky there twice a year to get rid of all of her shedding fur. She is a timid dog but receives gentle care. Highly recommend. Prices are very good
Our doggo is a rescue and has a few triggers that will scare him so much, he will react in very difficult ways. These ladies’ patience, compassion and understanding has been a huge help in getting him cleaned up and trimmed. Because of our dog’s behaviour during his appointments, we were afraid that they would not allow him back, but they are more than willing to have him back and help out in his journey to recovering from his traumas.
Amazing grooming services! I took my cat for the first grooming cuz of matting and was worried how my kitty would react. Everything went so well and my kitty and I are so happy with the results. Definitely will be back again!!!

Our dog Mattie came to Jenny with her coat in bad shape. Mattie was attacked by two loose roaming dogs in March 2023. Her wounds were so severe that she needed to be shaved down from her shoulders to almost the tip of her bushy tail. After surgery, she was very traumatized and would not allow us to brush her. She is an Australian Shepherd and her undercoat grew faster so she had a very matted coat. Jenny patiently spent her time with Mattie earning her trust. She saved the two buckets of fur that she took off our poor pup. We could have made a whole complete dog from the excess fur. This week we have set four consecutive days of heat records so my pup is very grateful for having the relief from so much fur. Jenny gave me tips on how to gently maintain the brushing and try to keep the shedding down. As we were leaving, Jenny said to us, “Now that we are friends, the next grooming will not take so long.” My husband thought she was talking about us, but I feel that she was talking to my dog. My dog looks like a show dog from the American Kennel Club now! I was very impressed by her work. Jenny was very professional and she took her time to talk to us to carefully explain that she is only able to go the speed of the dog. She didn’t want to give my pup a further trauma. I absolutely love this woman because she took such good care of Mattie. She did such a beautiful job on removing the mats and in cleaning her paws and trimming her nails. I showed pictures to my family and they couldn’t believe the transformation. Thank you Jenny! Even if you were talking to my dog, you will have me as a friend for life.
My large dog is a big chicken in disguise, but she was so patient and gentle with him. A quick but thorough job, and wow does he smell good :)

The grooming technician was professional and was able to handle my 95-pound dog as well as a few smaller dogs in the facility. The technician trimmed my dog's nails, and when I was ready to pay, she said there would be no charge. She mentioned that she only needed to do a couple of his nails and was grateful for the service. Skye had a wonderful day at the Posh Paw Pet Spa! After being declined service at PetSmart saying she was too anxious to even clip nails, I was nervous to even try anyone else.She had never been to the groomer before and needed a full wash, de-shed and trim.I had seen Logan recommended many times in various Facebook groups so I decided to give her a try and she did not disappoint.She said Skye was a bit nervous and hissy in the beginning but by the end she was loving the attention.We will definitely be returning again!Thanks so much!

Best physio I’ve had in a long time. More thorough than most; I’ve had a small knee injury from running for a while, and as well as exercises and stretches to do at home, each time I went in, I was given extra therapy too. Ranges from deep stretches, dry needle work, electric pulses etc. Highly recommend

I went for my first treatment and was very impressed. Often you're left with homework from physio and not sure what to do. I feel confident I can do the movement on my own and my pain will go away soon. They booked me in right away and had superb staff at the front desk, and for my treatment. Very grateful for the aggressive but effective treatment on my pinched neck pain.

I was referred to Jenna and this clinic after a MVA and having difficulty managing my nervous system, pain and digestion. The clinic is very clean, all staff are incredibly friendly and the location is fantastic; with free parking! Jenna has been treating me for a couple months now and has always given me full attention, never rushing me, provides explanations when necessary and actively listens to all of my concerns each and every session ( you could say my case is a bit complicated). I highly recommend Jenna as her acupuncture and cupping abilities have given me a monumental about of relief and for that, I am very grateful for her knowledge and skillset.

Cathie’s soft spoken, gentle manner combined with her effective technique and skill are one of the most reliable treatments I’ve found for the every day aches and pains of both pregnancy and motherhood. You don’t often come across such a talented massage therapist, but I definitely have with Cathie and won’t be going anywhere else any time soon!
Excellent experience with Dr Shalev. He got to the root of my issue and the pain and inflammation decreased dramatically and immediately. He also treated a secondary issue I had of leg numbness and weakness from a back injury that occurred years ago. Strength and function of my leg and foot are better than it has been in years. My experience at Rebalance further confirms my belief in natural alternative medicine and that the drug and invasive surgical treatments are not always necessary. I highly recommend Rebalance and Dr Shalev.

Dr Holly Song is actually one of the best acupuncture dr i had, she actually use traditional Chinese medicine and methods, on Dec 12 for unexplained reasons i woke up unable to move, i was actually paralyzed from my lower back to the bottom of my feet, right away ambulance was here and was rushed to the royal alex then for 7 days i was tested for everything by MRI, CT scan, ultrasound, X-rays, even took example of my spinal fluid and then wouldn't find a reason or cause why i couldn't move , after that i decide to just leave the hospital and try to see if acupuncture would help since i had done it before and worked miracles but unfortunately for me my old dr not longer was doing it and one of the things i do remember was that he always told me if i was going to had to find someone else to make sure they do the traditional Chinese medicine as they usually are trained back home and they seem to be trained in more detailed, so after being at home and in excruciating pain and suffering i starting calling different places until i came across to Dr Holly and I be honest from the moment i came into her clinic and an hour an half later i was able to walk again , it has been a long process cause i have other medical issues i need to resolve but i can see a huge difference from there and now, and not to mentioned the massage, i had try almost all the 3 out of 4 of the girls there and i cant say one bad thing about any of them they are all so great!

This is a really good school! I was able to learn so much and pass my test in a little amount of time, especially when things were so busy. Mr Mandeep( instructor ) ,who taught me was super amazing, I was able to learn really fast because of his help and clear instructions. With just 10h of driving lessons from him, I was able to safely drive on the road! Overall, my experience was great and I’m very thankful for this amazing school.

I had a great experience with Asif. I liked the aspect that he did not oversell and was able to understand what I needed. Jagmeet Singh the instructor was a gem of a person. Took the whole 2 hrs to cover all the scenarios from my previous test result mistakes and helped me correct them. Even if you are confident the refresher course is a must do before you appear for the test. The tips and instructions reallyyy help.
HIGHLY recommend anyone to Assad for driving lessons !! I had failed my Class 5 advanced road exam and needed a brush up course prior to my second redo. I called Assad and expressed how important this was for me to prevent license suspension and he squeezed me in last min. He's the best driving instructor to go to as he is kind, patient, straightforward , detailed and gives great advice. He helped me feel confident for my road test even though I had extreme anxiety he provides great knowledge and answered my million questions with patience .
