I took an opportunity for a haircut with Billy at Monarch. I happily found a competent technician who did a thorough, detailed haircut precisely to my specifications and desires. Billy was engaging in conversation displaying a respect and curiosity of his customers. I felt welcomed and that we were part of a mutual community. It has been a long time since I encountered an old-school styled barber, and enjoyed the experience. Please take a moment to consider Monarch for your next haircut.
