The session with Tamara went so well! Her hands-up manipulaiton helped so much relieving the tightness and soreness in my forearm musle. The dry needling technique is great! And bonus, she is such a lovely person to chat with.

In one session Simone took my very sore back with limited mobility and severe pain back to 80% of functionality. After my second session she improved it even more with a variety of techniques. She is truly a healer and a professional and very good at what she does. I will be recommending her to as many people as possible.

I got in to see Abbey Oke yesterday. My visit has been long over due and she spent a lot of time addressing my problem areas. I feel so much better. I have had chronic pain for decades. When I found Abbey a few years ago It was the most relief from my pain that I have ever received. I can honestly say I’ll never see a different physio therapist. She is knowledgeable, funny and dedicated to helping me find relief. I am sooo grateful!!! Thank you!
