“We had our windows replaced by Royal View Windows earlier this month. They stuck to the quoted price (which was competitive and reasonable) and time frame (it took 10 weeks to have them manufactured and delivered). The crew worked hard to complete the installation of all 9 windows in one extended day and we were very pleased with the job they did. We could hardly see out of our kitchen window before due to condensation build-up (see 1st picture) and now have a beautifully clear view out of our condensation free window (see 2nd picture). We love the new look and functionality!“

“We worked with Lux Windows in December 2023 to replace all the windows on our house before the Greener Homes Grant closed out, and guys, we were impressed.

Especially on bigger projects like this I prefer to wait a while after install to see how the product performs and how any issues are handled after install. This business has earned their five stars.

The Lux team was very responsive while we sorted out a miscommunication about one of the windows shortly after install, and were great about a correction on coating for another window before our inspection. They were also great at making sure we had access to everything we needed to put the grant application (etc) through. Their staff at each step listened to where we were at and worked with us to find solutions for accomplishing our goals. Perhaps most importantly, the windows are amazing and made a huge difference to the feel and seal of our house last winter. Drafty windows leeching heat into a -40 night while the power is out again? Not something we had to worry about.

We did end up having to call in the summer for a window where the crank had done something funny. Not only did Lux have someone come out and address that in good time (it wasn't urgent, just annoying), the gentleman noticed a seal on our garage window that had a fold in it and popped the little thing back to smooth on his way out.

Basically, this was a whole-house, big job, and Lux did great. Three minor hiccups in a 30+ window project is solid. We're very happy and look forward to working with them again when it's time to do our doors.“

“After posting the below review, the administration got back to us over the thanksgiving weekend and got the glass door installed today. We need to test it out after 48 hours for leaks(ill add the outcome in 2 days). But overall the technicians were on time, cleaned up the place after install and did a good job. Giving it a 4 star just because of the communication issues early on. Thank you!

But since then, there has been no correspondence by the company. We have tried emailing but no response. Please get back to us and get the door fixed soon.“
