Sorry about this late but important review from our August 2023 windows installation. Lux gave us a truly outstanding windows experience from start to finish! Kudos to our in-home sales rep, Justin, showroom sales rep, Shawn, and installation team led by the legendary Omari! Thoughts of replacing 16 windows in our 33 year old house with energy efficient windows were causing great anxiety, just the whole process, from meeting with several competitive and reputable companies, to choosing the right windows at a reasonable price, to scheduling reliable dates and turning our house into a war zone for days! We have been working with Lux for the past four years changing our windows slowly. They have been great so far from start to finish. Steve( our sales person) our crews, Daryl, Toto and associates have all been 100 per cent. Thanks Lux see you soon when we continue with the next two :)

Whole house window replacement/upgrade (21 windows). Excellent customer service from the Quote stage thru Installation. Quote needed amendments and fine tuning which was ably done by Blair Robichaud. Premeasure and install by Jeremy Stagman and his crew was very professional and time- efficient. Even the few curveballs discovered on the job were well handled.
