This is the place to go!!! Ralph went out of his way to help me with my window and gave me some great advice after I stopped earlier and purchased some latches! Sent him some pictures over email and phoned me with in 30minutes and solved my problem, going to go to Ralph anytime I need anything!

I just finished up getting a new glass shower door installed. The whole process went very smooth and very professional from start to finish. From my initial phone call to the gentleman that came in to measure things up and the two installers. Start to finish was great. The two installers (the lead installers name was Sonny) represented the company very well. They took time to go through the install, verified the door sealed properly, cleaned up and left things cleaner than they started and answered all our questions.Highly recommend Chinook Glass for any glass needs, top notch company.

Jen was so helpful today in getting me a replacement handle for our screen door. It was a small, inexpensive part but I'd be struggling to find it at any hardware store. They have a ton of stock for all the little parts that you would wonder where to even find.After recommending the store to my dad, he told me had had a similar experience of employees going above and beyond to find a specific weather stripping for him.
