Deer Valley Florists are the best you will find in Calgary. The customer service is prompt, polite, accurate and helpful. Elli, was someone who just immediately not only understood the assignment but showed us how thrilled and excited she was to work on our florals. She not only worked around my husband, Jay’s rose allergy but knew exactly what flowers to use to create that dark, gothic vibe for the bridal bouquet, boutonnières and the fireplace mantelpiece that we got married in front of.

Everything she did was exquisite and it took not only our, but our guests' breaths away as well. So much so that her brilliant work on our wedding was featured in Rock n Roll Bride! Multiple people have said they were the most beautiful arrangements they have ever seen at a wedding! Fleurish was amazing to work with, they were prompt with responses and super attentive/friendly throughout the whole process. Being from the Okanagan and wanting to send flowers to someone in Calgary—in the middle of the afternoon, no less—I was striking out. I called three flower shops with no luck. On my fourth try, I reached Blossoms YYC, and I believe it was Shelby who picked up the phone.

At first, she mentioned their deliveries were likely done for the day, but after I gave her the address, she paused and said, “You know what? After my shift, I’ll personally drop them off for you.” Then added, “I’ll make it happen.”

And she did—within two hours, I got a photo of the delivered flowers.

Service like that is rare these days. Huge shoutout to Shelby and the team at Blossoms YYC for truly going the extra mile. You’ve earned a loyal customer!...Update...Shelby came through again.. with another two Beautiful arrangements delivered.. such great service“
