UPDATE: Incredibly impressed with how Laura managed this situation. Some of the best customer service I have received in response to an error. Will absolutely return as a customer.First time I have ever been disappointed with anything from here. I called in immediately after placing an order to see if the arrangement could be done in purple instead of pink. I was told this could be done with purple flowers and highlights of lavender flowers. The arrangement itself was, as always beautiful, but all of the flowers were pink. If they could not make it purple they could have told me so. I could have order a different arrangement. It is my first time to order from this shop and I am so satisfied with their service! My best friend loved the flowers and I was also notified when the order was out for delivery and got delivered. I will definitely order from them again in the future! Thank you.

Living in England, it is so good to know a caring florist that you can depend on. The bouquet was bright and beautiful and my 'star' granddaughter was very surprised and pleased.
