Shout out to the lovely ladies who work at Mandala Floral shop in McKenzie Towne. Had a very special planter that was gifted to me after I lost my husband and it needed a new plant. Not only did they help pick out some items to place in the planter but offered to arrange them in the pot. I picked it up today and all I can say is BEAUTIFUL job and thank you so much

We got flowers for my mom’s celebration of life from Mandala. When we picked them up it wasn’t exactly what we pictured, I called them back and they stayed late to fix them and sent someone in on Sunday (when they were closed) so I could pick them up before the celebration. They were awesome to deal with and I will continue to get all my flowers from them. Thank you to the staff for doing everything they could to make the flowers perfect!

Update: The flower shop followed up and corrected the situation. Wonderful customer service!I ordered colourful & fun. I think the flower shop missed the mark on this! Very odd arrangement! Very disappointed!
