“Brian followed through on everything promptly: returning my initial call, giving the free estimate/visit, preparing paperwork, setting construction dates. He explained the process of replacing our large deck with a Trex deck very clearly and was responsive to our needs and questions. We received 3 other estimates from other companies. Not only was GE Contracting the best value, they also seemed to be better Trex experts than other contractors we talked to. GE Contracting is small enough to have great communication on their team and with customers but large enough to have great Trex expertise across the team.
