“We had a great experience with everyone at Weather Tite! We had our roof replaced after a hail storm. I appreciated that Jesse took the time to review our insurance claim with me. He pointed out some important parts of the claim and was very transparent with how the process is. My insurance company didn't explain any of that and I would have been surprised about some things if Jesse wouldn't have gone through it with us. I also really appreciated the quote they provided. It was very detailed and had examples of the different shingles along with addresses that we could go see as examples. It was super helpful for picking out a color.All of the installers that came were respectful and clean with their work. It still amazes me how efficient they were! He was timely, professional, helpful, present, a great communicator, and went to bat for us every time we needed him to (and other times we didn't even know we needed him to). The job was finished in two months, which is remarkable considering all of the moving parts that had to be scheduled/figured out and the weather that had to be planned around at times.
