I was so impressed they were able to keep on schedule even with over a week’s notice, which isn’t easy these days. The installation of an A/C unit and blower unit was by no means easy and they did an excellent job today. To my surprise, there was a follow up late in the evening to check in on the comfort level of the condo. Brian knew I wouldn’t be back to the space until after 8 and he checked in after 8. A few weeks later we had trouble with our sanitary tub not draining. We cslled Rozga again and Arnie and Hunter came and fixed the problem. They

“I had a great experience with 911. My tenant's furnace went out, so I called 911 to have them diagnose the problem. When I explained what was happening, Jefferson walked me through a few troubleshooting steps until I identified the igniter was bad. He advised me where I could buy a replacement, and I was all set. Saved me the cost of diagnostic and service charges. I didn't actually pay 911 anything, but they'll definitely have my business in the future.“
