“I really like this gym. They have great equipment selection and it’s all in good condition. I’ve seen one item out of order so far but it was fixed within a week or so. The biggest thing that could improve this location to 5 stars would be cleanliness. I tend to avoid the bathrooms as they are usually pretty gross. The gym is also very dusty around the equipment as well which doesn’t bother me as much as the bathroom. Overall it’s a good location and I would recommend it!“
“Lindsay did an amazing job treating my shoulder. I had intense pain and numbness from a long standing previous injury that flared up. She was able to locate the source of my pain and find the spots where other muscles and nerves were being affected. She treated me direct dry needling that really targeted the troublesome areas. She gave me a routine that we will do to strengthen the surrounding areas and pt taped me up so that I could make it through the day in mild discomfort. Whereas yesterday I was in total agony. Thank you Lindsay for being great and I encourage anyone who has a nagging pain to be evaluated by her, you won’t regret it.“

“I initially sought out care for a rotator cuff issue after an ortho surgeon suggested I move forward with surgery. I thought it was worth my time to try physical therapy first, and I'm very glad I chose VITA to assist with the issue. I worked with Brad and Andy for almost 3 months and with their expertise and encouragement on my not-so-good days, the issue has resolved. I have had to seek out PT care throughout the years and have been to facilities here in Milwaukee as well as around the country. This truly is the best I have come across. They offer individualized care and have a wide arsenal of techniques to make you well. I have seen all ages and fitness levels here too and never have felt out of place. Everyone who works at VITA seems to have a lot of knowledge and are always pleasant including the front desk employees. The insurance billing process has been good too. I have had such a good experience that I have now signed up for some personal training, and I look forward to a stronger me in the future. “In a post-covid world, this is the safest workout experience a person can ask for... one-on-one training with nobody else in the gym working out. Also, in 30 minutes of super-slow strength training, you can accomplish 60-90 minutes worth of "traditional" weight training. The machines are like nothing you've ever worked out on before, & the personal trainers are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Strength Evolution.“

“I have been going to Fitness together in Wauwatosa for a little over 8 years. It was and is the best thing I have ever done for myself.
