Sean came to clean my carpets and he as on time and very friendly. He was going to clean my couches but we realized that they needed to be dry cleaned. He alerted me to this right away and I got a discount for not being able to clean them. So nice! It was no fault of his, but he went the extra mile! Thanks so much and the carpets are amazing.
The Professionals from Steam Dry did an excellent job cleaning my carpet. They were careful and thorough. Before they left they asked if the job was satisfactory. I was very pleased and the price was fair as well!
I suspected that, after renting for seven years, the carpets in my residence were not salvageable. Nevertheless, to make the owner, a national corporation, happy, I called Steamdry.Tony and Nick evaluated the carpet throughout the house. I knew the carpet was at least 7 years old. It started separating from the baseboards 4 years ago, and the owner-corporation did nothing about it.Tony said he would be happy to do what I wanted, but that he felt it was complete waste of time. Knowing this landlord-corporation, I doubt the carpet will be replaced. However, it is nice to know that Steamdry is honest in their dealings. I deeply appreciate it.
