“Jim was there on time and got my back door lock changed out with a new one that seemed to fit right in (he had it with him!). He keyed it to the same key I have for the other doors. It all took about a 1/2 hour. That's a pretty remarkable service given the variety of locks out there. The price was very fair. Lower than what I thought it would be. Services like this are hard to find. Whoever says he's grumpy in the other reviews is an entitled dolt. He's getting a really technical job done really quickly. We shouldn't expect a locksmith to whistle and smile and talk sweet small talk while he does his work. He's thinking, he's got another job to get to, he's hustling. Let's appreciate the skill he's got instead of worrying about how he's feeling or how he makes us feel? Any idea what it takes to stay in business for 45 years?
