Jim was there on time and got my back door lock changed out with a new one that seemed to fit right in (he had it with him!). He keyed it to the same key I have for the other doors. It all took about a 1/2 hour. That's a pretty remarkable service given the variety of locks out there. The price was very fair. Lower than what I thought it would be. Services like this are hard to find. Whoever says he's grumpy in the other reviews is an entitled dolt. He's getting a really technical job done really quickly. We shouldn't expect a locksmith to whistle and smile and talk sweet small talk while he does his work. He's thinking, he's got another job to get to, he's hustling. Let's...read full review

I am a professional maintenance man, and this is THE PLACE to go in Milwaukee. Mike and the guys really know their stuff, and are always ready with an answer or a solution, whether you're spending big bucks or just a couple.Update: 4 years later, this is still the only place I go. Very experienced, knowledgeable professionals, and very fair pricing.
