“Look, I never write reviews, but I had to make an exception for this one.Picking the right company to do a great job on your floors can be daunting to say the least. For our flooring project we had several companies come to look at our floors, all of them giving estimates for the job. As you know, for the very fact that I’m writing this review, we picked Schreffler Custom Flooring to do the job.Schreffler was not the cheapest or the company that could get in the soonest to do the work, but they were the company who explained everything in detail that was needed to do the job correctly. They were never pushy in any way, they came to our home on at least 4 occasions prior to doing any work on the house, just to see how the progress was going and making sure we felt comfortable moving forward.John, the owner, was extremely knowledgeable, humble and made the experience enjoyable.Every worker that was sent to our project, especially the floor installer did an impeccable job and that was no easy task based our concrete floors and stone work situation. Nevertheless, the installer worked tirelessly on the stone wall to fit the wood nicely under the stone making the floors look amazing.If you want the best flooring company in Dane County, with fair pricing and knowledgeable staff, go to Schreffler Custom Flooring, if you want the cheapest or fastest, you may want to look elsewhere.“
“Great team! Installed 1400 SF of laminate floors in 12 hours! Wish all our remodeling contractors had worked as timely and as hard as this crew. They did a great job and we are very impressed. “I recently hired ACC to remodel my bathroom and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, ACC was communicative, courteous and professional. Chad was extremely helpful during the initial estimate phase, answering all my questions and assisting me with various decisions. He even offered options on what products to pick and how I could save money, which was fantastic. My project manager, Ed, was extremely communicative with me during the demolition/construction phase of the project, letting me know when the guys would be on site and advising me of small issues that needed to be addressed. Cindy, the office manager was awesome to work with, and she kept all these guys in the loop! The quality of the workmanship was top notch and the two guys who did all the labor were the kindest, even with my annoying cats :) I will definitely be hiring ACC again to help me accomplish two more large scale projects in the near future!“
