“Woke up Sunday to my daughter cutting her own hair. After calling nearly all of the salons in Milwaukee county that were open looking for a last minute appointment, I came up empty handed.....until Nancy at the Establishment called me back later on that day to tell me that Shannon had a last minute cancellation and now opening to take her. I didn't leave my number with Nancy nor did I ask her to call me if there was a cancellation! Shannon worked an absolute miracle and charged us a reduced rate (I suppose because my daughter had done part of the cut herself)! That's service!!
