I have only had EXCELLENT waxes here. Both on my body AND on my face. I typically have very sensitive skin that reacts like a rash when I get waxed. It's NEVER happened here. Joseth is thorough, kinda, and knowledgable!
Moving back to the Milwaukee area, re-establishing service providers made me a bit nervous. Joseth and the team have been the biggest blessing. Not only do they help me look my best on the outside… they lift me up or celebrate with me and make my soul fulfilled, feeling my best on the inside. First ever waxing of my nethers and expected pain aside it was a actually a lot of fun. Taylor was my esthetician, and she was great with walking me through what to expect and with follow up care advice. More importantly though, she was super personable and made the experience easily endurable. In general don't go into such a first time experience without a sense of humility and humor.
