I went here for about two years for Laser Hair removal and it was fine. There were a few times that receptionists were very rude and would speak to you in a tone that was condescending. Pretty recently, they discontinued their laser services very abruptly, I might add. I was told that they would finish me out because I only had two sessions left before they stopped their services completely. On the day of my appointment, they called to tell me that they canceled it and wouldn't be completing the rest of my sessions. I then asked for a refund because I paid in advance for them. They told me that they would call me back within the week and never did. I have been trying to get someone on the phone from there for over a month. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

I feel like I was scammed. My six treatments made no difference. I regret purchasing a second package. I didn't expect to be pain free but the laser was ungodly uncomfortable. Don't even think about having a family emergency and calling your appointment off. They just count it as one of your six in your bundle and oh too bad, you'll just have to buy another six appointments. She roughly uses a razor right before she goes in with the laser and gave me razor burn.

I found this business through Groupon and purchased two packages for laser hair removal for 6 sessions each, for my armpits and bikini area.I picked them because they were the cheapest.I have been very disappointed with this business.First- they are unorganized. My first appointment I scheduled with them there was no one at the office, and they arrived late. They also had to reschedule two other appointments of mine.Second- I did not have much result after all six of my sessions in both areas. I had successful laser hair removal done before about a decade ago elsewhere, so that is what I'm comparing them to.I considered these to be touch up sessions to supplement my hair...read full review
