While I've been satisfied with the service, speed of response, and cost of having BayBrookes come to maintain, repair, and replace things as they've reached the end of their lifespan - I feel there's a more important reason I suggest BayBrookes to anyone who is looking for an HVAC company. Integrity.

On multiple occasions, when they've come to perform routine maintenance (which I highly recommend) or troubleshoot an issue, the BayBrookes techs have given me advice that has alllowed me to plan for future expenses, shared tips to extend the life of my HVAC system and components, and shared ideas that have kept problems from occurring. Even when they could have made a sale by recommending that something be replaced sooner than it ended up needing to be.“

“Very happy with Eric's service! We are new to the area and our furnace stopped working in the middle of a snow storm. He came immediately and worked until it was fixed. Super nice guy! “Dischler specced and installed the entire HVAC system for our new build house. Nate was willing to talk through the options and share his knowledge. We had a few things that needed to be looked at after a couple of months of living in the house but Dischler has been standing behind the products and install so far. Jake from Dischler came out to the house to address any issues we had noticed and walked us through any of the systems and configurations that we didn't understand. Jake was helpful and willing to look into any concerns that we had. The take away was a few items that need to be addressed but they will be scheduling a time to take care of those shortly.

The wait time to get a response via email can be slow. My understanding is that they are very busy and not always in the office because they are needed out in the field. I have been told that calling will get a much faster response.“

“Friday, August 4 and our AC stopped working during the night. Was 77° downstairs and 75° upstairs when we got up this morning and we normally keep it in the 70 to 72° range. Thank you so much Modern Heating and cooling for getting someone out here so quickly And finding the repair was not major and getting it done fast by a knowledgeable technician who is also very friendly. So many advantages for using this company, they are not located very far from us, every bit of Heating and cooling, maintenance or equipment replacement we've ever had to get done in the 23 years we've lived here has been done by Modern Heating and cooling. It is not above the owner Dave to come out and give an estimate and to thank us for our continued patronage.
