I highly recommend isthmus wellness. I have had different therapists and both were great. The massages were just the right pressure, relaxing but also removed stress and tight muscles. Definitely going back!

Professional work, professional staff. I've never had a massage before but I was recommended by a family member since I had numbness in my arm from working on the computer. I was not a believer in massage therapy before I came here. A 90 minute massage was able to almost completely eliminate the total numbness in my arm while I awaited carpel tunnel surgery. Without the staff here I would not have been able to use a computer, phone, or use a pen to write for the almost 10 months that I was awaiting surgery. If you have numbness or pain in any of your muscles, please consider massage therapy, I wish I had done it earlier. I'm convinced the staff here can work miracles.

I honestly can’t say enough great things about this beautiful facility & the entire, highly skilled, massage therapists! ❤️ They’ve seen me on a very last minute request (during a painful muscle spasm) and I just treated myself for my Birthday, with a 60 min deep tissue with Micala . Thank you all for sharing your magic hands and skills with us!
