It is good for a community exercise facility. It does cater to a different age bracket than I am, and that is why the selection of equipment is what it is. I do not fault them for that. The only thing that would make this a 5 star review is to have pool hours that were not in the middle of the day. I would like to be able to use that portion of the facility but cannot make it when it is open, anything we can do here?

Strongly recommend the Wellspring Physical Therapy department. My physical therapist has done a great job in eliminating pain, detailing a plan and progress, and you can tell she cares for my Heath and well being.

It's small, but quiet and I can get in a good workout uninterrupted so that balances out the smallness. Would be great to get a few more machines, but for the price it's great!
