We were not prepared for the drivers arrival as my mom told me the wrong day which was an honest mistake. He trampeled througy briar brush and even uncovered our septic lid. He was very compassionate and understanding as I was trying to make sure my boys didnt miss the bus.I would reccomend them to anyone I know that has a septic and needs it to be pumped.

Lisa and Jim are the BEST!! We have used them for several years and they always do an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone. Not only do they do superb work, I've used their recommendations on other contractors in the area and they have worked out great!!!!

I contacted Superior Septic to have my tank pumped. I spoke with Lisa when scheduling an appointment and she quoted price. The day of service Jim arrived to to pump my tank on time and for the price that Lisa had quoted me. While pumping my tank Jim completed a thorough inspection of my septic system. During this inspection he noticed that there was a problem with a drainage pipe. Jim notified me of the location of the issue and informed me what needed to be done to fix it.
