We were not prepared for the drivers arrival as my mom told me the wrong day which was an honest mistake. He trampeled througy briar brush and even uncovered our septic lid. He was very compassionate and understanding as I was trying to make sure my boys didnt miss the bus.I would reccomend them to anyone I know that has a septic and needs it to be pumped.
