“There was sewage back up in my basement last week and I called 911 Restoration. I was very pleased to speak with the manager who was concerned that I not only got the sewage removed immediately but that I had consulted a plumber to address the core problem. They were able to respond that evening (called at 5.00 pm and crew was there at 6:30 pm). The two men working on the job were very professional and performed a thorough job. Both were very knowledgeable about the products they were using and advised me to discard those items damaged by the water. In fact, they took away those items so I didn't have to discard them myself.“

“We would highly recommend ServPro of Southeast Milwaukee. All the staff we dealt with were professional, efficient, and responsive to our needs and concerns. We had a weekend emergency of raw sewage that backed up into the basement of our elderly parents' home. ServPro responded quickly to our call for help, sent a crew to do cleaning and preliminary remediation of the site (to minimize the Sunday overtime costs), explained the disinfectant process, and how their on-site equipment would dry and purify the affected area. The following day they returned to do a second cleaning treatment. Once again the crew sent was extremely professional and efficient.
