I was very pleased to speak with the manager who was concerned that I not only got the sewage removed immediately but that I had consulted a plumber to address the core problem. They were able to respond that evening (called at 5.00 pm and crew was there at 6:30 pm). The two men working on the job were very professional and performed a thorough job. Both were very knowledgeable about the products they were using and advised me to discard those items damaged by the water. In fact, they took away those items so I didn't have to discard them myself.“
