Kelly Jackson came out to inspect our home recently, and after running multiple tests, he assured us that restoration wasn't needed. The issue turned out to be plumbing related, and has since been taken care of. We thank Kelly for his honest assessment!
I cannot say enough good things about 911 Restoration! Right from the start, Kelly picked up my call and scheduled an appointment for the very next day. It turns out that I really needed his help in getting rid of what had turned from a water shutoff failure into a mold problem. Kelly and his team were quick and attentive. I had a million questions and Kelly patiently walked me through every step. His communication with me and his team was excellent throughout the whole process and I was fully confident that the job would get done right- and it did!
