“I am forever grateful for CR Fochs. I have had an issue with my electrical in the garage since last year. They came out and replaced the GFCI outlet and we thought that was the end of it. The outlet was fine until we had a nasty storm a few months ago and they came out and fixed it again thinking that was the end of it but it was not. At that time I asked them what the estimate would be to fix it completely if it went out again because it was obvious there was something else going on. They gave me a quote and told me how it would be fixed. Today they came and fixed it and It did not take as much time as I was quoted and the fix was much more simple than I was told. I am over the moon with all of the fantastic customer service that I have received from everyone that works with CR Fochs. Will asked if it was ok to look at the rest of the electrical in the garage to make sure there would be no further issues. He did find another problem and fixed it thankfully. Will also fixed the light switch by the front door. Due to the age of the light switch it stopped working properly. I have the utmost certainty that the problem is finally fixed.
