What do you do when your Generac Stand By Generator quits working when you're on vacation out of State? You call the folks at CR Fochs.Andy came out and diagnosed the problem. He then called and explained it to me. They made inquiries to the factory and decided the best fix was to replace the engine. The order was made and they kept me informed of how the process was going.All of the individuals we dealt with were up front with what to expect and the pricing was fair.
