“It has been atleast a little over 2 years since I've gone to the dentist, due to past experiences I was scared to go back but I knew I needed to go get my teeth cleaned and checked out. I called other dentist and some don't accept new patients or have a long wait but I checked out Parkside West Dental to see the next availability online. To my surprise they were able to get me in next week! So I set everything up online and eventually I got the text for conformation that my appointment went through. It was easy to fill out my history and as the day got closer it was nice to get a call to confirm everything with them. Day of my appointment everyone was so helpful checking in and very quick. The appointment itself went very well! I honestly didn't know I could ask for topical numbing to help with my very sensitive teeth. The dentail assistant was very kind and kept asking if I was comfortable. Also very knowledgeable especially the dentist when I asked questions. I was pleased with my visit and already set up my next cleaning.“
