Everyone that works there are friendly, compassionate, takes time to listen and to explain! The are skilled in handling patients with PTSD and a severe startle response and do not treat you like your weird, make fun of you or laugh etc. They are calm and all are waiting to help.
I had a filling come out while on a cycle trip. Called when I got home and was surprised to be able to get in on the afternoon I called. Thanks to Dawn on the great work she did putting in a new filling, saved me from having to get a crown. Thanks to the dental assistant also, sorry but I forgot your name. Brown Family Dentistry is a family run office which my we have trusted for years. Friendly, professional and on top of their game. They have been driven to serve the community of Neenah and Lindy and I would highly recommend them.
