Southwest Heating & Air Hvac

“This was our second experience with Southwest Heating & Cooling and it was just as good as the first. We have a house in Cape Coral that we have spent a year massively upgrading and fixing to sell and are completing the process in late May and early June. We live in Wisconsin so it has not been as fast a process as it would be if we lived in the area.
Our first experience with Southwest from 2023: We bought a new A/C in late 2017 after a power surge ruined ours. We have had continuous problems with it and the company we bought it from has repaired it so many times that we actually spent more on repairs than it originally cost. When it failed again, a few months after another $1,000 in parts and repairs, we resolved to call another company. Southwest Heating & Cooling was recommended to us and our call was answered on the first ring one afternoon, a technician was there at 8 a.m. the next day and quickly had it blowing cold air again after diagnosing the problem and repairing it for only $245.
On this one, we found a piece of ceiling drywall had fallen from water from A/C pipes. Southwest came to the house the next day from our call and the technician quickly diagnosed that the pipe had simply come undone because it hadn’t been glued by the original company. He then proceeded to check and glue all of the pipe connection. And he checked the charge on the unit and adjusted it. AND he helped us re-program our programmable thermostat that had gotten all out of whack. All of this cost us a total of $205.
I wish we had gone with Southwest from the start in 2017.“
