“I am surprised by many of the lower rating reviews. I didn't want to get a PAP machine, and it's not the most comfortable thing to have to put up with. Perhaps the frustration with having to do this is why they others who left a low rating have a negative opinion to begin with and is reflected in their reviews.
I received my kit a few weeks after it was ordered, it took about the same amount of time as they said it would. It had everything I needed, and the first night went fine. The second night I had an error message and was frustrated so I slept without it and didn't call the help line. But I called the help line the next evening and the woman who helped me could not have been nicer. She explained the issue I was having, what I needed to do to correct the error and it worked great.
Since then I've had regular emails checking on my progress, inviting me to call them, etc. It's all there for me and it's on me to take advantage of that or not. I've never used the Apria Healthcare system before, but so far I'm very impressed. I still don't like the PAP machine and wish there was a better alternative, but that's not Apria's fault. They have been great and I'm very happy with their support.“

I have seen the rooms ur talking about and there with new floors, nice walls and it a 2 bedroom basement ur talking about has a nice kitchen. that's the kind of place I wouldn't mind renting.....As far as the kids your speaking of why not have them there every so often?? Do u realize what it cost for a sitter?? That helps the workers more than u realize.Past all that I had a good experience when working alone side this company. We went out with residents almost everyday. If we happen to be indoors they watched a movies or TV shows or played games.I personally got a few bonus from the boss when it was due during the 6 months I was there. If I needed a Lyft to work my boss would be able to help. Over all it was one of the fun jobs I had.“

A little rigid for @home in communicating with caregivers and supporting your loved ones well being, at a distance, this model of care can be fraught with miscommunications. They do not customize care and quite frankly hinder ´a homey feel’ in this strict standard.They also can’t guarantee a consistent caregiver day to day. The scheduling is unexpected at best for both clients and caregivers. This discontinuity of care is detrimental for those being cared for and their loved ones, advocates and personal care managers.We have used the service since January of 2023.“
