A very professionally run organization. A little rigid for @home in communicating with caregivers and supporting your loved ones well being, at a distance, this model of care can be fraught with miscommunications. They do not customize care and quite frankly hinder ´a homey feel’ in this strict standard.They also can’t guarantee a consistent caregiver day to day. The scheduling is unexpected at best for both clients and caregivers. This discontinuity of care is detrimental for those being cared for and their loved ones, advocates and personal care managers.We have used the service since January of 2023.

I was searching for some in-home assistance for my father, who was living independently yet needed a little bit of help with errands, etc due to mobility and endurance issues. Like all home care agencies, it is hard to find enough good people, but after some initial stops and starts, Agrace Age at Home found an excellent in-home caregiver in Claudia, who absolutely just came in and knew what to do and how to help. This was such a relief for my father and for me, to know that someone was checking on him a few times a week, especially when I was unable to or during the pandemic.
