Jodie has skills that were critical to a successful design process: vision, functionality, flexibility and customization, listening to wants and desires, and translating everything into a design that delivered on what we wanted.

Condo projects are not easy. There are always challenges with the building's requirements, keeping the common areas clean, minimizing disruption to the other residents, complicated general conditions for the subs (parking, elevator usage, utility shutdown processes, etc.), and more. Throughout the construction process Maria treated our building like it was her own home: she got to know the neighbors, was relentlessly cheerful in every interaction, and went the extra mile to make sure that everyone impacted by our construction knew that Mojo was doing everything possible to keep the disruption to a minimum.
