“Chads updated our 35 year old kitchen in 2023 with new cabinets, hardware, appliances, and layout. We selected the appliances and told them our suggestions for the changes we thought about making. For the most part they agreed with our ideas and suggested others that we felt were spot on. Josh was the lead carpenter and did an excellent job. He was very meticulous, made sure we were on board with his recommendations, kept the work area clean, and kept us informed of his schedule. We couldn't have asked for a better craftsman. His support team was always available to help with any issues and the project was completed on time. Teresa and Kevin were very instrumental in finding the right materials and designing the best layout. A schedule when things would be done was provided, which was very helpful. Chad was extremely helpful during the initial estimate phase, answering all my questions and assisting me with various decisions. He even offered options on what products to pick and how I could save money, which was fantastic. My project manager, Ed, was extremely communicative with me during the demolition/construction phase of the project, letting me know when the guys would be on site and advising me of small issues that needed to be addressed. Cindy, the office manager was awesome to work with, and she kept all these guys in the loop! Jen gets a good look at what work you need to have done and then she has a list of qualified professionals that are experts in painting, carpentry, and whatever types of expertise is needed. She brought a small army of contactors by my place mostly at the same time so they could walk around and provide quotes to her.I was having the entire inside of my place painted as well as some major reconstruction of damaged and destroyed drywall areas. In between the original quote and the start date of the job, I had an issue where the guest room downstairs flooded from a broken shower pipe upstairs and the closet was completely destroyed by ServPro because they needed to get to where the water damage was and fix/dry it. I immediately contacted Jen who promptly got contractors out their to re-quote the job to include the repair of the guest room closet.The contractor we went with for everything was Estrella Painting. They did a fantastic job with everything. The painting was very professional and the wall repair was amazing!!I would highly recommend Jen's Home Improvement for your home repair jobs. Big or small, she'll find the right person for your job. In addition to great professional services, she also provides great communication via your phone or text, meaning you don't have to actually call her up every time you talk to her. You can leave a text message and she gets back very promptly. You can also pay online and sign contracts online. Very convenient!“

Driver nearly crashed into me pulling onto East Washington, sped significantly past speed limit to pass me and cut in front of me moving haphazardly through two lanes of traffic at once, all amidst fresh and constant accumulation of snow and slush. Leaving this review at 4 stars because I know nothing of the quality of their services, but this driving was unacceptable.“
