Dr. Brian McGinley was fabulous. I had been to another local doctor and even Frodtert's eye institute for a long standing and troublesome eye infection. He made a couple of really smart suggestions and put me on daily contacts to solve a long term problem. I highly recommend him. The staff is very responsive and friendly as well. A very good experience.
Optix is simply the BEST optical place in the Milwaukee metro area. The manager, Tyffani, is AMAZING. She's always helpful and patient. She can fit glasses frames like nobody else! Tyffani and the optix team know the meaning of customer service, which is becoming a lost art. At Optix customers are treated like friends. If I could give Optix 10 stars I would!
