Kati was a pleasure to work with from the very first time I made contact, she recommended steps to give me the very best results possible (lasering off my old failed attempts first, in order to come to her with a blank slate to work her magic, boy am I glad I listened and made the investment in myself resulting in "third time's a charm" results, Kati's professionalism is unmatched along with her cleanliness, she even sent me home with a mini care package of products to use in after-care ensuring the best final product possible, my brows were healed in less than a week and I had virtually no pain, her suite is adorable and she made me feel like an old friend and valued customer the minute I walked in the door, her realism technique is unbelievable, she gave me the perfect confidence booster I was looking for, thank you Kati, can't wait to see you again : )“
